The sale conveys to the purchaser a sublicense to use or resell such product in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Such product, if installed in Europe, Middle East and Africa within refrigeration or air-conditioning equipment, can be exported worldwide. No other right or license, express or implied, is granted.
