Production
NOCOLOK Flux is produced in the liquid phase using Al(OH)3, HF and KOH as raw materials.
Stringent process tolerances and a variety of quality control procedures (Alcan Standards) produces a flux of the highest quality and consistency.
The result is a fine white powder consisting of a mixture of the potassium fluoroaluminate salts.

Particle Size Distribution
The chosen particle size represents the optimum compromise between powder handling up to suspension preparation and the melting characteristics during the brazing process. Agitation of the aqueous suspension avoids settling.
