Die MIPS ist das internationale Topereignis für Unternehmen, die im Brand-Katastrophenschutz, Rettungswesen und in Sicherheitsfragen tätig sind. Hier werden die neuesten Produkte aus den Bereichen Schutz und Vorbeugung, Rettung und Abwehr sowie Organisation vorgestellt. Wir werden auf der MIPS unsere Feuerlöschmittel Produktlinie Solkaflam vorstellen. Seit 1989 wird HFC 227 im spanischen Solvay-Werk Tarragona hergestellt und wird jetzt unter dem Handelsnamen Solkaflam 227 für Feuerlöschanwendungen vermarktet. Solvay Fluor ist eine 100% Tochtergesellschaft von Solvay S.A. mit Produktionsanlagen in Europa sowie Tochterunternehmen im NAFTA-Raum und in Namibia (Rohstoffe). Wichtigste Meilensteine beim Ausbau der Fluorspezialitäten der Solvay-Gruppe waren unter anderem der Erwerb des Geschäftsbereichs Kältemittel von Hoechst im Jahr 1996, der Erwerb von Norfluor (Mexiko) und Chemtech (USA) im Jahr 2000 sowie die Impulse aus dem Ausimont-Erwerb im Jahr 2002. The MIPS is an internationally highly recognized fair focusing on fire extinguishing products and on fire fighting applications. Solvay Fluor is the only European based HFC-227 and HFC 125 manufacturer, producing 227 since 1989 in Solvay´s Tarragona (Spain) facility and now offering it under the trade name Solkaflam 227 for fire fighting applications. Details available at www.solkaflam.com.
